Born from our own needs.
New Neptune was founded in 2024 in Schwerzenbach, canton of Zurich, and started out running its own online shops. Anyone who runs a shop themselves learns quickly what matters: that the technology works, that data is safe, and that someone is reachable when something breaks.
Out of that experience came tritoos – the group's IT know-how, which we now offer to other SMEs. The shops remain our own proving ground: whatever we recommend to customers, we use ourselves first.
